Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification, substantial extraction, or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of ATOM47 EOOD, under pain of prosecution.

6. Technical sub-processors

The Service relies on third-party technologies and content. The following sub-processors are involved in the operation of the Service and, where applicable, in the processing of your data (see Privacy Policy):

  • YouTube — processed videos, their titles, thumbnails, and transcripts remain the property of their respective rights holders. These contents are used in compliance with YouTube's terms of service.
  • AI provider — video summary and translation generation.
  • Hosting provider (European Union) — hosting of the application and storage of application data.
  • Secure payment processor — processing of online transactions.
  • Email delivery service — sending of transactional notifications and confirmations.
  • Product analytics tool (EU-hosted) — anonymised usage measurement, subject to consent.

7. Reporting content

If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, you may notify us at support@tubindex.com, specifying: the URL concerned, the nature of the infringement, and any supporting documents enabling us to handle the request.
